The Executive Assistant will serve as the primary point of contact for primarily business and some personal matters as well as calendar management and special projects as needed.
Qualifications for the Executive Assistant:
High School Diploma or Equivalent 2
years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in real estate, property management or construction is highly preferred Integrity above reproach Must use discretion at all times Excellent communication, problem solving and multi-tasking skills Basic understanding of financial statements Willingness to be hands on when required Self-starter, ability to work autonomously and take initiative Comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment Responsibilities for the Executive Assistant:
Oversight of email, phone and text communications between leadership and internal and external stakeholders Calendar management Support with logistics management for 3 school-age children Expense management/allocation both business and personal Schedule meetings and preparation of agendas Clerical and administrative duties Run errands as necessary Special projects as needed Organization Description:
