As a part of our team, we will expect you to be guest-first, proactive, and excel during the typical business rushes.
Duties - Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner - Take food and drink orders accurately, ensuring upselling where appropriate - Deliver orders to tables promptly and efficiently - Provide recommendations on menu items and specials - Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues promptly - Process payments using the POS system - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area - Stay current with any and all menu/special changes - Keep up with running sidework Requirements - Previous experience working in a restaurant is required, craft cocktails/seasonal kitchens a plus - Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Basic math skills for handling payments and making change - Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices - Familiarity with Tok or similar reservation systems is a plus - Menu Knowledge/ Learning ( Spirits, Cocktails, Wine, Featured Specials) Join our team today and be part of creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.
