00 per hourThis position will need to travel extensively throughout Michigan to area grocery stores, liquors stores, and retail stores to install or remove our reverse vending machines (RVM) as well as install and maintain data communication equipment.
Must have strong customer service skills and be able to work independently.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Perform pre-installation site surveys at customer locations and create related documents for management reviewInstall, calibrate and test reverse vending machinesTrouble shoot, diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctionsTrain customers on the operation and maintenance of RVM'sConduct quality inspections on already installed equipment Compile reports based on work order specifications and company procedures#indsrvmi#appcastQualifications3
years experience in electro-mechanical field service roleClean and valid driver's license with the ability to obtain a DOT Medical cardHigh school diploma of GEDAbility to use hand and power toolsExperience using a multi-meterCapability to use both a lap top computer and a smart phone along related software and appsClear communication skills both verbal and in writingProven ability to interact with customers and clientsJob Requirements:

education High School degree or equivalent required; 2 Year Degree or Certification PreferredMin.
