Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner - Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently - Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner - Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or requests - Handle cash transactions and process payments using cash registers or POS systems - Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely food preparation and delivery Skills:
- Strong hospitality skills with a focus on providing exceptional guest services - Ability to handle cash transactions and perform basic math calculations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests and team members - Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order taking and food delivery - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude - Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations Please note that this job description is not exhaustive, and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
