Summary:
Berkley Family Dentistry is seeking a skilled and experienced Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.
The Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for welcoming patients, managing appointments, verifying insurance, and answering phone calls.
The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience working in a dental front desk position; and experience with Curve or Dentrix software.
Responsibilities:
Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner Manage patient appointments and schedule efficiently Confirm patient insurance eligibility and coverage Answer patient inquiries over the phone and in person Manage patient files, ensuring that all necessary information is up-to-date and accurate Process patient payments and insurance claims Work with the dental team to ensure a smooth patient experience Perform other administrative tasks as required Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience working in dental front desk Experience with Curve or Dentrix software Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite Education and Certification:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent Additional education or certification in healthcare administration is preferred Working Conditions:
